Kickoff in CW44 (26 October) is a placeholder, we fix the date together. Launch lands early February on paper; if both teams pause over the holidays, it moves by two weeks.

  • Sitemap and URLs stay as they are today, German and English. Pages that share a layout (e.g. all product details) are built once and filled per page
Wireframes from ACM
  • ACM delivers final wireframes for all 16 layouts by the end of the branding phase (CW48), so web design starts on time
  • Wireframes contain the final page structure and sections; we design on top of them and don't rework the information architecture
  • Final German copy comes with the wireframes or before web design ends; ACM provides the English translation
Risks
  • News URLs: Webflow can't reproduce date-based URLs like /2025/09/05/article/. Every page keeps its URL, but the ~92 news articles (DE + EN) move to /neuigkeiten/article/. We set up the 301 redirects as part of the SEO migration, so no ranking is lost
  • SEO migration tier: priced for up to 10.000 organic visits a month. If your Search Console shows more, the SEO line moves up to the next tier
  • Late or incomplete wireframes push web design and launch week for week. If wireframes need structural rework on our side, we quote it before we start
  • English slugs: some English URLs today use German slugs (e.g. /en/dienstleistungen/) or odd ones (/en/dienstleistungen/cabin-interior-refurbishment-2/ is the ULD page). We keep them 1:1 unless you want them cleaned up, then we add redirects
  • Forms & embeds: contact, inquiry and newsletter forms run as Webflow forms. Connecting a newsletter tool or CRM, the 3D flip book on Downloads, or a job-board feed on Open positions counts as an integration and is quoted separately
  • Holiday break: the plan runs through Christmas; a joint pause from about 21 December to 3 January moves launch to mid-February
Onboarding & project kickoff
  • ACM Aerospace completes all assigned onboarding materials (briefing documents, brand discovery questionnaires) before project kickoff
  • ACM Aerospace provides all required assets (logos, brand guidelines, content, imagery, access credentials) before project kickoff
  • ACM Aerospace provides meta tags and descriptions before project kickoff
Content & asset delivery
  • We migrate all existing content in German and English: every page and all ~46 news articles per language. New copy from your wireframes is placed by us too; content added after launch is on ACM's side
  • Images compressed to less than 1MB; videos as mp4 or links to mp4 files hosted on the client's own server
  • All content delivered (copy, images, videos) must be final and approved by the client prior to delivery
Feedback & communication
  • Deliverables (wireframes, designs, staging links) are reviewed and approved within 24 hours of receipt, unless otherwise agreed
  • All feedback is consolidated and communicated via the designated channel (Figma, Outlign or BugHerd); feedback outside of it cannot be taken into calculation
Access & responsibilities
  • ACM Aerospace ensures timely access to all necessary third-party platforms (Webflow, Google Analytics, Figma) and remains responsible for related costs and terms, including the Webflow site plan and the Localization add-on for English
  • ACM Aerospace secures all legal approvals and compliance checks (data protection, imprint, terms of use) before go-live
  • If key stakeholders are unavailable for a prolonged period, the client notifies magier in advance and appoints a temporary point of contact
  • No custom code or integrations beyond the explicitly listed scope
Iterations & additional work
  • Each deliverable (design directions, moodboards, a batch of 3 to 5 subpages) includes up to two feedback and revision rounds
  • An iteration is a round in which the client reviews and gives feedback on a deliverable or stage of a phase
  • 10% of the total price is reserved for post-launch adjustments: revisiting an approved deliverable goes on the post-launch list and is handled from these reserved hours after go-live. This keeps the project on schedule and does not apply to new deliverables
  • Additional iterations beyond scope: 100 EUR/h net, only after written approval
  • Out-of-scope change requests: 100 EUR/h net, only after written approval
